We are looking for a patient focused call center representative who thrives on providing the best possible customer service to our patients.  This is a full-time position in Springfield with a set work schedule of Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. This job revolves around multi-tasking, customer service, organization, and phone etiquette. If you’re not comfortable with these things, you won’t be comfortable in this environment.

You will promptly and professionally process incoming patient calls, assess patient needs, schedule appointments for our five locations, and answer insurance questions.

Previous optometry or call center experience preferred but not required.  We will train the right person!
